The APV (International Association for Pharmaceutical Technology) ist an association for pharmaceutical scientists, with headquarters located in Mainz, Germany. Every year the APV conducts about 100 programmes of various types, ranging from international conferences through expert meetings and workshops for practising pharmaceutical scientists and pharmacists to botanical expeditions. We are ideational supporter of the TechnoPharm 2005 in cooperation with the N?rnbergMesse.
The APV is responsible for several scientific publications including the European Journal of Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics (EJPB) and our quarterly APV news in association with ECV and the new - APV pharma reflexions - "Starting a Business in the Life Sciences"
Membership can be applied for by appropriately qualified scientists and is approved by the eight-member Executive Council.
