Court Rejects Protiva Motion to Dismiss Sirna Suit, OKs Request to Stay the Case

Although the federal court rejected Protiva?s arguments that Sirna?s breach-of-contract and fraud suit should be thrown out, it did grant the drug-delivery firm?s request to put the case on hold until two similar lawsuits are resolved in state court.
