Abstract of GB2405203
Systems and methods comprising a sensor for sensing a biological target and generating a signal and a simulator for using the signal and a model of the target to generate a therapeutic or diagnostic output are claimed. The sensor may be reconfigurable by the simulator. The system may also comprise a further sensor which senses food consumed by the biological target to generate a second signal that is used by the simulator, preferably in association with a regulatory condition for example a FDA guideline. Also claimed are systems with biosensors for DNA or RNA, peptides or proteins, antibody or antigen, vector, virus, lipid, fatty acid, inorganic or electrochemical substrates. The simulation models maybe for genomics, proteomics, computational chemistry, pharmacogenomics, computational biology, computational biophysics, cell behaviour, pharmacokinetics, metabolomics or transcriptomics. The system may have a neural network, fuzzy logic or similar means of programming.
