BioSquare 2005 offers a much-appreciated benefit to its participants: We pre-arrange meetings among conference participants.
BioSquare offers the industry's most sophisticated partnering software system, allowing conference participants to organize and schedule meetings well ahead of the event, and to optimize the opportunity to create sustainable, long-term business partnerships.
Companies may submit up to 60 requests to meet with representatives of other companies. Based on the requests and their acceptance by the requested party, we will pre-schedule private meetings. Last year, more than 3,500 meetings were scheduled.
Meetings times are scheduled in 30-minute intervals, with the meetings lasting 25 minutes.
Official meeting times are:
Wednesday, April 13th:
13:00-18:30
Thursday, April 14th:
08.30 - 12.00
13.00 - 18.30
Friday, April 15th:
08.30 - 13.00
14.00 - 17.00
In addition, participants will be able to set up their own meetings outside the official partnering times.
Partnering Section
Thank you for attending BioSquare 2005 in Lyon. The BioSquare organizers were able to schedule 4500 one-on-one meetings. The Partnering Section is now back online and contains all messages/requests/etc. which were entered in Lyon.
