Two Firms Receive NIH Grants in August To Support MicroRNA Tool Development

One grant will help Mirus Bio develop a blood-based reporter system to allow researchers to determine if and when a miRNA of interest is expressed in the liver of a live mouse. The second will help start-up Sileretech develop a novel miRNA amplification method.
