Abstract:
Disclosed is a sheet-like composition comprising an amnion which has excellent storage property and handling property and shows a high flexibility during use. An amnion having trehalose added thereto is used. By the addition of trehalose, the amnion is improved in flexibility and the damage of a basement membrane and a stratum compactum in the amnion which may be caused during lyophilization treatment can be prevented.
