Abstract: The inventors found a stabilizing agent/stabilizing condition for suppressing an isomerization reaction of sc(Fv)2. Further, they found that the isomerization reaction thereof can be suppressed by preparing a formulation by lyophilization. That is, they revealed that by applying the found stabilizing agent/stabilizing condition and preparation of a formulation by lyophilization, the isomerization reaction of a sc(Fv)2 molecule from a bivalent scFv to a single chain diabody, and/or the isomerization reaction of a sc(Fv)2 molecule from a single chain diabody to a bivalent scFv can be suppressed in both directions or one direction.
