Abstract:
A particle for enzymatic activity detection that through measuring of the intensity of fluorescence wavelength of an analyte solution, realizes not only detection of the presence or absence of any enzyme but also quantitative analysis of any enzyme in the analyte solution with high accuracy, and that due to low susceptibility to adsorbed water and less occurrence of weighing error, excels in handleability and realizes enhanced quantitative determination with enhanced measuring accuracy, and that without the need to conduct complex steps, such as those of cleavage and purification of synthesized peptides and lyophilization thereof, in production, highly excels in productivity. There is provided particle for enzymatic activity detection (1) comprising particle (2) and first compound (3), the first compound (3) having its one end linked to the particle (2) and having its other end linked to first fluorescent group (4), the first compound (3) having a moiety at which cleavage by enzyme (5) contained in an analyte solution occurs.
