Abstract
Compounds of formula (I): 1 are inhibitors of the enzyme Lp-PLA.sub.2 and are of use in therapy, in particular for treating atherosclerosis. In Formula I R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, X and Y are as defined herein.
