The invention publishes a kind of method to distill and purify the magnetism germ nanometer grain with magnetism character. The process follows this. First, break up the wall of magnetism germ and then do sucrose density gradient centrifugation to separate magnetism grain and cell debris. Second, scatter the grains with supersonics and wash them with buffer solution. In the end, remove the supernatant, add buffer solution and save. these processes can keep the magnetism germ nanometer grain with magnetism character pure. Under the electron microscope, you can find that the grains homodisperse and exosporium full. After freeze drying, the culture solution which recovery rate of magnetism grains is 30-40mg/L.
