A combined vaccine for both hepatitis A and hepatitis B contains the properly detoxicated living hepatitis A virus and the purified hepatitis B's surface antigen expressed by recombinant CHO cell and/or recombinant yeast. Its freeze dried vaccine is also disclosed, whose protecting agent contains mycose, glutamic acid, VC, urea, sorbitol, inositol and dextran.
