The present invention relates to a heat-resisting freeze-dried protection agent for hog cholera lapinized low virulent strain calf testis cell vaccine and its preparation method. The composition of said protection agent includes gelatin 3%, lactose 5-6%, beef peptone 2%, PVP (K90)3%, sorbitol 2%, sodium glutamate 2% and Vc 0.1%, and in the preparation they are dried substance components, and the rest is distilled water. The above-mentioned composition comprises two portions, one portion of them can be sterilized at high pressure, and another portion is not resistant to high temperature, and can be sterilized by using filtration membrane, said two portions after which are respectively sterilized are mixed.
