The present invention relates to a heat-resisting freeze-dried protection agent for chicken New castle disease and chicken infectious bronchitis (H120 and H52) coupled freeze-dried vaccine and its preparation method. Said preparation process is characterized by that its effective components are divided into two portions, one portion of them can be dissolved in the distilled water, then sterilized at 116 deg.C for 30-40 min. and another portion is not resistant to high temp. and can be dissolved in the distilled water, and filtered by means of filtration membrane whose pore diameter is 0.22 micron to make sterilization. The above-mentioned two portions are mixed to obtain the invented protection agent, and said invention also provides its application method.
