It is characterized by that its composition includes gelatin 1.5%, cane sugar 7.6%, EDTA 2%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.52%, sorbitol 1%, sodium glutamate 1%, beef peptone 1%, bovine serum albumin 1% and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 1.64%, in the preparation all the components are dried substance components, and the rest is distilled water. The said all the components can be divided into two portion, one portion of them can be sterilized at high pressure, and another portion is not resistant to high temp. and can be sterilized by using filtration membrane, said two portions are combined together so as to obtain said invented protection agent.
