The recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor capsule includes recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor freeze dried powder 0.1-100 wt% and medicinal stuffing material 0-99.9 wt%. The preparation process includes dissolving mannitol, human blood albumin and recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor in distilled water, abacterial filtering, freeze drying to obtain powder, sieving, mixing with stoved and sieved mannitol in certain ratio and capsulizing. The capsule is used in treating gastric ulcer in one completely new path different from traditional gastric ulcer treating medicines.
