The biennial series of International Drying Symposia (IDS) founded by Prof. A.S. Mujumdar is continuing. The 15th International Drying Symposium (IDS 2006) is going to be held at Budapest, Hungary in 20-23 August 2006. The institutional organizer is the Department of Physics and Process Control, Szent Istv?n University G?d?llo, Hungary. The scope of the Symposium is to provide a forum for the presentation of new results in research, development and applications in drying and dewatering technologies. The Symposium aims at bringing together leading researchers and practitioners from academia and industry of many countries.
